Vegan Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie in the US is very common around the Thanksgiving holiday time. I have always loved, though as a child I mostly just liked to eat the filling out and leave the crust. Over the years I have grown more and more fond of pie crust. After a few unsuccessful tries I am beyond ectastic to find out that vegan pumpkin pie is possible and it is amazing to boot. It takes a bit of time to make this one but in our favor of the Slow Food movement, we know some things take time. All the better as you can be in the kitchen enjoying baking with your family over the weekend.
