Raw Carrot Cake
There are many raw recipes that I must admit look amazing but they involve a bit too much work for me. Well, on long sundays I may still take a stab at one of them though. Anyway, recipe is not complicated and does not take long to make. You dont need any special tools. Just the willpower to shred nearly a kilo of carrots. Who said you can't cook and workout at the same time :) This recipe is super easy and super tasty and being it is raw it preservers all of the nutrients the ingredients have to offer.
