This is a hearty soup that can easily carry you from lunch to dinner. It is on the spicey side but if you don't like all the heat you can slightly alter the recipe for an equally tasty meal. The name sounds exotic and might congure up the idea that the recipe is difficult, yet I would defiantly put this soup at the very low end of the scale.
